• Certain conditions like road conditions, weather, and participants' health may cause Itinerary changes. So, the Itinerary can be reshuffled by the local handler if needed.

• Full payment is to be paid before the trip starts, pending payment may result in the cancellation of the booking

• Any inclusion not availed by the customer will not be refunded under any circumstances

• We are not liable for any delay and change in program, expenses incurred due to weather conditions, sickness, landslides, accidents, machinery & equipment failure, and so on

• Check in time: 2 pm & Checkout time : 10 am

• Since stargazing is weather-dependent, we cannot guarantee clear skies. In case of clouds or rain, the experience will still go ahead with alternate astronomy activities, but refunds won’t be possible. Please note that no-shows, cancellations after booking, or last-minute changes are also non-refundable. ​​

 

Payment Policy 

• Payments can be done in 2 parts.

• Part 1 : Booking amount of 5000 ( Non Refundable and Non Transferable)

• Part 2: Pending amount to be cleared before 15 days of the trip start date.

• After paying the booking amount you will get a Whatsapp confirmation.

• Once you paid the 100% amount for your booking, you will get an confirmation message containing all the information about the trip.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

•  Initial booking amount is non - refundable. 

• 50% of the total amount will be given as refund for cancellation made 30 days before start of the trip.

• 25% of the total amount will be given as refund for cancellation made 15-30 days before start of the trip.

• No refund will be given for cancellation made 0-15 days before start of the trip. 

• 100% refund will be given if trip is cancelled by the operator.
