2) 3 Tea + 1 Breakfast + 1 Snacks + 1 Dinner.
3) Entry fee + Camping tent for stay, with 3 people sharing per tent.
4) 2 Person tent for couples available with Rs 500 extra per couple tent.
5) Stargazing Expertise Charges

4) Warm clothes, pillow, Head cap to
protect from extreme cold weather.
5) Personal Torch and medicine (if any)
6) Mosquito repellent cream
7) Anything to munch during the stay
✅ Advisory :
1) Above schedule can change depending on sky conditions and travel duration.
2) Alcohol, smoking and chewing tobacco is strictly not allowed during the camp.
3) Polluting campsite is strictly prohibited.
4) Clean Western Washroom is available at campsite.
5) The organizers reserve all the rights to change / deviate/ cancel the plans without prior notice.
6) Fees will refunded only if organizers call off the event.
7) Rain, cloud cover is beyond the control of the organizer and in such cases, one has to wait till the clouds clear.
8) In case of cloudy sky alternate activities will be planned and in no case partial/full refund will be made.

Cancellation Policy :
1.Full Refund, if cancelled 10 days prior to the event
2.50% if cancelled between 9-4 days prior to the event
3. No Refund on 3 day prior or same day of the event
