✅ ADVISORY & EVENT TERMS

• Schedule: The event schedule is tentative and may be modified depending on prevailing sky conditions, weather, and travel duration.

• Environmental Responsibility: Participants are expected to maintain cleanliness at the campsite. Littering, pollution, or any activity that may harm the environment is strictly prohibited.

• Personal Safety & Belongings: Participants are responsible for their personal safety, belongings, and valuables throughout the event.

• Right to Modify: The organizers reserve the right to modify, alter, reschedule, deviate from, or cancel any part of the event itinerary or activities due to operational requirements, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances.

• Weather-Related Cancellation: In the event of cancellation by the organizers due to unfavorable weather conditions or circumstances beyond their control, participants will be eligible to transfer their booking to any other available event organized by us within the next 90 days from the date of cancellation. No refunds will be provided under such circumstances.​

Cancellation Policy :

Full Refund if cancelled 10 days prior to the event

50 %if cancelled between 9-4 days prior to the event

No Refund on 3 day prior or same day of the event
Service charges are non refundable in any situation
