Join us for an unforgettable Astro-Trip to Jim Corbett National Park, where pristine dark skies, forest silence, and a million stars come together. From guided stargazing and telescope observations to stories written in the constellations, this trip blends astronomy, nature, and adventure.

Trip Details
 

Day 1: Arrival in Delhi → Jim Corbett

•Arrive in Delhi (overnight trains/ flights from Mumbai, Ahmedabad, etc.).

•Meet our Astro-Expert at HZM Railway station at 10 AM

•Start from Delhi and drive towards Jim Corbett National Park (approx. 5–6 hrs).

•Reach Corbett by evening and check in to a jungle resort.

•Evening session: Introduction to Night Sky & Telescope Setup.

•Dinner followed by stargazing and night-sky orientation.

•Overnight stay at the resort.

Day 2: Jungle Safari + Astronomy Sessions

•Early morning 6 am Canter Safari (Dhikala zone) in Jim Corbett—spot deer, elephants and if lucky, the majestic tiger.

•Return for breakfast and relax at the resort (pool time and games )

•Evening Jeep Safari (Dhela zone) in Jim Corbett—Deer, rare birds, and if lucky, the majestic tiger.

•Enjoy a bonfire with local Kumaoni cuisine.

•Dinner followed by stargazing and Astrophotography.

•Overnight stay.

Day 3: Jim Corbett → Delhi (Departure)

•Early breakfast and resort checkout.

•Drive back to Delhi.

•Reach Delhi by evening (4 PM).

•Take overnight trains/flights to your respective cities.

  • Accommodation at all places in hotels as per the itinerary (double/triple Sharing)

  • Any charge like extra accommodation, route & date change incurred due to unforeseen & unavoidable conditions

  • Any other cost due to unforeseen circumstances including medical emergencies and natural calamities which are out of control.

  • Important Note: Any extra cost (Transportation/ Accommodation ) arising due to natural calamities like landslides, road blockage, political disturbances, or changes in law will be extra.

  • Certain conditions like road conditions, weather, and participants' health may cause Itinerary changes. So, the Itinerary can be reshuffled by the local handler if needed

  • Full payment is to be paid before the trip starts, pending payment may result in the cancellation of the booking

  • Any inclusion not availed by the customer will not be refunded under any circumstances

  • We are not liable for any delay and change in program, expenses incurred due to weather conditions, sickness, landslides, accidents, machinery & equipment failure, and so on

  • Star gazing sessions will be strictly dependent on the weather conditions and the traveling schedules, organisers may decide to cancel the session for that particular day in case of delay or bad weather conditions

 

Cancellation Policy :

  • Initial booking amount is non - refundable. 

  • 50% of the total amount will be given as refund for cancellation made 30 days before start of the trip.

  • 25% of the total amount will be given as refund for cancellation made 15-30 days before start of the trip.

  • No refund will be given for cancellation made 0-15 days before start of the trip. 

  • 100% refund will be given if trip is cancelled by the operator.
