Astrocamp Bhandardara is a unique stargazing event held in the picturesque region of Bhandardhara, nestled in the Western Ghats. This event offers a perfect blend of adventure and astronomy, allowing participants to experience the pristine beauty of the night sky in a remote, light-pollution-free environment. The camp typically includes guided stargazing sessions, astrophotography opportunities, and discussions on celestial phenomena. Mumbai : Borivali, Andheri,Bandra, Dadar, Ghatkopar & Thane
2) 3 Tea + 1 Breakfast + 1 Snacks + 1 Dinner.
3) Entry fee + Camping tent for stay, with 3 people sharing per tent.
4) 2 Person tent for couples available with Rs 400 extra per couple tent.
5) Stargazing Expertise Charges

5) Warm clothes, pillow, Head cap to protect from extreme cold weather.

✅ Advisory :
1) Above schedule can change depending on sky conditions and travel duration.
2) Alcohol, smoking and chewing tobacco is strictly not allowed during the camp.
3) Don't travel if you have any symptoms or if you have been around someone with Covid in the past 14 days.
4) Polluting campsite is strictly prohibited.

5) Basic Indian Washroom is available 3-4 mins walk from campsite.
6) Participants are responsible for his/her own safety and baggage.
7) The organizers reserve all the rights to change / deviate/ cancel the plans without prior notice.
8) Fees will refunded only if organizers call off the event.
9) Rain, cloud cover is beyond the control of the organizer and in such cases, one has to wait till the clouds clear.
10) If at all due to extreme bad weather or unavoidable circumstances the program needs to be cancelled, the participants will be notified by Mail/WhatsApp a day earlier or before 11 A.M. on the day of the program.

Cancellation Policy :

1.Full Refund, if cancelled 10 days prior to the event
2.50% if cancelled between 9-4 days prior to the event
3. No Refund on 3 day prior or same day of the event
